		We can fax, email, priority mail or overnight your documents, based upon your needs. You can even download your own files from our Web Delivery Portal. You can check status on your orders and retrieve them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (You can request a login by going to the Client Login page). Misplace your documents? Not a problem. We keep copies of everything for up to one year (with the exception of certified documents). You can log on and get them from our web site or request us to resend them to you at no charge. Current Owner, Two Owner and Full Searches We provide you with the exact information your need, based on your order requirements. Document Retrieval We pride ourselves on getting correct documents to our clients. In the case of a “no-find” we will locate the correct county, or if we have the correct county, we will provide you with information on what is recorded against a requested property so you and your client can have the complete picture! Document Recordings Our office also offers the convenience of walk-in recording service. You can send us the prepared documents and know that they will be filed promptly! Other Services We will perform commercial searches on an individual basis, however we will always perform UCC/Fixtures searches, and State & Federal Tax Liens searches at the County level, and will go to most courts in most counties of most states, including Civil, Federal and Bankruptcy! Turn time We provide 24 - 48 hour turn time! It may occasionally arise that we have difficulties with a particular search that will add time. If this becomes the situation, we will stay in close communication, letting you know the exact circumstance or difficulty and when we anticipate the resolution. This allows you to have predictability as well and eliminates unwanted surprises.
